When MSI Spa Design arrived at our newly purchased campground, the commercial swimming pool had not been in operation for many, many years and had fallen into great disrepair. Previous contractors took one look at the site and declared it unsalvageable, a major investment would be needed.

MSI Spa Design on the other hand, realized the original pool builders method of construction and determined that integrity of pool structure was sound. Once we established that the plumbing was still usable, the old swimming pool was saved and given a second chance. MSI Spa Design saved us a major amount of money which allowed us improve other parts of the property.

An historic luxury hotel, perfectly located along the bustling Connecticut Ave. corridor and overlooking Rock Creek in Washington D.C..

This one of a kind renovation required top notch engineering, management and close attention to detail. Site work included a successful demolition and removal of the existing outdated swimming pools and tennis courts. Wall penetrations through a historic building and finally the installation of a new free form luxury swimming pool, stand alone spa, children’s wading pool and custom decking.

In addition to the pools and spa, a three tiered pedestal fountain was also installed on the expansive property. This feature serves as a focal point and back drop for many wedding pictures and other festive events
